The Land’s Edge body of staff is an integral part of the professional service that we provide. Land’s Edge believes staff make the difference between simply participating in an experience as opposed to having an exceptional experience.
As such we pride ourselves on the quality and professionalism of all our staff both administratively and field-based. Due to the wide range of services Land’s Edge provides staff qualifications and experiences vary greatly. As a minimum Land’s Edge follows staff qualification guidelines suggested by:
- NSW Department of Education and Training
- ACT Department of Education and Training
- The Adventure Activities Standards
- NSW National Parks and Wildlife Services
- ACT Department of Environment and Heritage
- Relevant peak industry bodies
All staff are suitably qualified for the particular activity / program they are assigned to. The examples below reflect the minimum standard qualifications required in each position outlined.
