24 hour supervision by highly qualified staff, all with compulsory Working With Children Checks, relevant first-aid training and experience in delivering children’s outdoor education programs |

Self-defence with the Wing Chun Academy; build fitness and self-confidence whilst learning some basic means to defend oneself

Walk to Balmoral Beach – picnic lunch, beach play and initiative games |
Night walk to Rawson Park – Drama session, storytelling, stargazing, spotlighting |
Day 2 |
Sunrise walk, music-making with percussion instruments (eg clapping sticks); croissants and hot chocolate on the Headland

Bush regeneration with National Parks and Wildlife Service within the Sydney Harbour National Park |
Boomerang painting, grass weaving, bush tucker and bush medicine session with Boolarng Nangamai Aboriginal Art & Culture Studio |
Indoor games night- trivia, bingo, celebrity head |
Day 3 |
Yoga before breakfast |
Sea Rafting on Sydney Harbour in full wetsuits to stay warm!

Middle Head walk and tunnel exploration |
70s dress-ups, movie and disco |
Day 4 |
Fishing fun: environmental education session learning about fish as a resource, conservation of fish stocks, fish identification, practical instruction on use of rod& reel & bait application and (hopefully) catching fish! |
Treasure Hunt: explore the local Georges Heights environment, build on current knowledge and discover new facts, fill in a question sheet, work as a team safely and uncover some surprises. |
Art and Craft Activities with staff from “Paperartzi”;
A two-hour session including card making with all materials and tools provided
