Trainees

If you’re interested in commencing a traineeship in 2027 register your interest below by 23 October 2026.
We’re seeking Trainees who love the outdoors and have experience in water-based activities such as kayaking, canoeing, snorkelling, surfing, or stand-up paddleboarding.
As a Trainee, you’ll gain hands-on experience delivering programs, develop your leadership skills, and work towards nationally recognised qualifications, all while being supported by an experienced team.

We’re seeking Activity Guides & Group Leaders to join our Saltwater School team in Chowder Bay.
As a Guide, you’ll lead activities such as snorkeling, stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, fishing and bushwalking.
As a Group Leader, you’ll facilitate engaging outdoor education programs that inspire learning, resilience, and connection with nature.
Both roles are based in Sydney.

GUEST SERVICES COORDINATOR - HARBOUR LODGE
We’re seeking Casual Guest Services Coordinators (GSCs) to oversee Sydney Harbour Lodge, our 83-bed accommodation facility in Mosman.
As a GSC, you’ll coordinate guest arrivals and departures, maintain cleanliness and prepare rooms, assist in food preparation and service, manage stock and coordinate with suppliers, be the group on-site point of contact.
